Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

KLAS operates under a strict no-refund policy. All course fees, enrollment charges, and related payments are final and non-refundable once the payment transaction is completed. This policy applies to:

• Course enrollment fees
• Tuition payments
• Registration fees
• Material fees
• Certification fees
• Any other charges associated with course enrollment

2. Cancellation Policy

While you may cancel your enrollment at any time, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to course materials and classes will be immediately revoked
• No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the course
• You will not be eligible for future course credits or transfers
• Any pending payments must still be completed as per the payment schedule

3. Exceptions

There are NO exceptions to this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Technical difficulties or platform issues
• Personal circumstances or emergencies
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methods
• Inability to attend scheduled classes
• Change of mind or decision to discontinue
• Medical emergencies or health issues
• Relocation or travel
• Work or personal commitments
• Course cancellation by KLAS (in which case, alternative arrangements will be made, but no refunds will be issued)

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a payment is successfully processed:

• The transaction is considered final and binding
• No refund requests will be entertained
• No chargebacks or payment reversals are permitted

5. Course Transfers

Course transfers to other students or future sessions are not permitted. Each enrollment is personal and non-transferable.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your enrollment or payment, please contact us at billing@ifla.in. However, please note that:

• Contacting us does not guarantee any refund or resolution
• All decisions regarding payments are final
• By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy

7. Acknowledgment

By completing the payment and enrolling in any KLAS course, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
• You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable
• You accept full responsibility for your enrollment decision
• You will not request refunds or chargebacks under any circumstances
